TERMS
All custom wig and custom colour sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights. Non custom item you have the right to return within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of the products all wigs are made to order. Please allow 3 - 14 days for wigs to be complete. This time frame is a guideline and can alter depending on availability of materials.
We are a small team and we pay close attention to the details of all orders. Please ensure you have confirmed all custom details of your order before payment as design is final once payment is made.

All exchanges and refunds should be done within 30 days of your purchase. All items such as hair bundles, stock wigs, lace items and products should be returned in and unused state with all original packaging. Any items returned tampered with cut, coloured or styled in any way will not be refunded. This does not effect your statuary rights.
Hair Bundles, Frontals & Closure Return Policy
At Wigs LDN, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all returned items must meet our strict return conditions.
Eligible Returns
Hair bundles, lace frontals and lace closures are refundable provided they are returned in their complete original condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must:
- Remain completely unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Still have the original cable ties/security ties fully intact
- Not be washed, brushed, combed, cut, customised, coloured, toned, or chemically treated in any way
- Be free from any product application, odours, or alterations
Non-Refundable Returns
Refunds will not be validated if returned items show signs of:
- Cable ties removed or tampered with
- Washing or wetting
- Colouring, bleaching, toning, or chemical processing
- Brushing, combing, or styling
- Any use or alteration from the original state
If returned items do not meet our return conditions, the refund request will be declined.
Should the customer wish to have non-approved returned items sent back to them, return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Wigs LDN cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that the original shipping fee of £12.00 will also be deducted from all approved refunds.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
CUSTOM ITEMS
All custom wigs, bundles and lace pieces are non refundable. If you have any concerns with your order please email info@wigsldn.co.uk with your order number and the nature of your concerns, we will endeavour to deal with all issues ensure an exchange or alteration of your order is validated. This must be done within 30 days of you receiving your order.
SERVICES
All purchases for services are final once the service has begun. If it is for an item In our person the service will begin usually within an hour of your order so you can cancel within that hour.
If the service is for an item In your person you can cancel any time before we receive your items. Once a confirmation of us receiving your item has been sent you will no longer be able to cancel your service order.
Customer-Owned Wigs & Hair Pieces – Service Disclaimer
By sending your own wig, hairpiece, or extensions to Wigs LDN for any service (including but not limited to colouring, customisation, repairs, conversions, or styling), you agree that all work is carried out strictly at the customer’s own risk and at the sole discretion of Wigs LDN.
While we will always exercise reasonable care and skill, the condition, age, previous processing, and overall integrity of customer-provided hair cannot be guaranteed. Wigs LDN therefore accepts no liability for any deterioration, shedding, damage, or unexpected results that may occur during or after the service due to factors outside of our control.
By proceeding with the service, the customer confirms they understand and accept this risk and that Wigs LDN is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or compensating for customer-owned wigs or hairpieces
DELIVERY
All custom wigs purchases are sent between 3-14 days once your payment has been made.
PAYMENTS
All payments are made using a secure merchant provided by shopify. You also have the option to make payments via Paypal or Klarna this is a buy now pay later option.
Please be aware all purchases will be sent to the billing address.
BUY NOW – PAY LATER!
These Pay later terms apply between you and this store where you purchase your goods, tickets, or services when you choose Pay later as your payment method. When you choose Pay later, we offer you the possibility to pay on a due date 30 days from the shipment of the goods.
We assign our claim for payment due on your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction to pay directly to Klarna. For contact details and further information about Klarna, go to: klarna.co.uk.
PAY ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER!
Klarna offers consumers Buyer Protection which means for example that you as a consumer do not have to pay for the ordered goods until you have received them, and that Klarna will assist you with problems related to your purchase. COSTS AND FEES
We charge an invoice fee of 0 (£) per purchase. CREDIT CHECK AND HANDLING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY KLARNA If you choose Pay later, Klarna will assess your creditworthiness. Klarna processes your personal data in order to carry out our obligations in this agreement and for the additional purposes set out in our Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice is available here, and on our website, and by using Klarna’s services you confirm that you have read this Notice. We process your personal data for example to identify you and perform customer analysis, credit assessments, marketing, and business development. We may also transfer your data to selected partners (such as credit reference bureaus), which may be established outside of the EU/EEA. In the Privacy Notice there is more information about our data sharing, your rights in regards to your data, how you may contact us with questions, or submit a complaint to an authority.
AVAILABILITY
On the odd occasion some items may not be available even after purchase. We will contact you via email or phone to advise of this and either offer an alternative item or full refund.
