To be eligible for a return, wigs must:

  Have the lace fully intact and unaltered
  

Bespoke / Personalised Orders

Wigs that have been customised to a personal design outside of our standard website options are non-refundable.

This includes any wigs made to specific requests such as:

• Custom colours not listed
  
• Special sizing or alterations
  
• Fully bespoke designs
  

As these units are uniquely created for you, they cannot be resold.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event your wig arrives faulty, you are entitled to:
